"This was a horrible experience. My information was inconsistent between the app and online. Received multiple requests from an agent to provide the same information over and over. Despite having proof that this was sent, they canceled my policy due to not having this information. Then, they reinstated my policy without notice. I received so many conflicting pieces of mail that I genuinely did not know whether or not I had a lapse in coverage. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone here. It took days for them to cancel my policy and confirm it with me. Like I said, information was inconsistent on the app and actual website. One said my policy was canceled, the other had it active."
