"I purchased a 1 yr policy, made full payment, received the binder and then about a month later received notice that the policy price of what I purchased increased over 10% so to make an additional payment or the policy duration would be shorted proportional to the change in price. I contacted my Kaitlin at Henry Wahl's and she said write a letter saying I self insured previously and I did. Month later received bill for same amount and contacted her again. She said, the underwriter decided not to provide discount so that is due. Note, there was no new information discovered, nothing that came up that I didn't tell Kaitlin before I bought the policy in fact it was an item (property had been self insured which I had told her prior to purchasing policy or even getting a quote) that was the cause of the over 10% increase."
